The drive to be the best in the market has always been present, therefore various strategies are used when creating offers in order to promote the services a hotel provides, as well as to keep it one step ahead of its competitors who have the same star rating. Pricing the offer at a reasonable cost can satisfy customer preferences while the pricing policy ensures that the rates used are profitable. Identifying the tourist demand in the tourist market and highlighting the services provided through the price offer can establish a close relationship between the customer and the hotel company, which would ensure loyalty and create a positive image of the hotel.
