of sustainable procurement, one of indicators of sustainable development. Through
education, consumers can understand the real impact of their purchases on
environment, society and economy, their contribution to development a sustainable
future, to saving public money and resources. Universities have a crucial role in
sharing good practices, preparing specialists in sustainable procurement, responsible
for proper implementation of sustainable procurement policies.
