    IMPACTUL CRIZEI ECONOMICE GLOBALE ASUPRA SITUAŢIEI PE PIAŢA MUNCII

    Article analyzes the evolution of the phenomenon of unemployment in the current global crisis conditions, which crosses the world economy and has considerably influenced the labor market situation in all countries, regardless the economic development. Unemployment in OECD countries increased from 5.5% at the end of 2007 to 8.5% in July 2009, recording the highest level after the Second World War. One of the main causes of unemployment is the fluctuations of economic conjuncture, decrease or stagnation of economic activity during the crisis period. Specificity of unemployment in the current crisis is necessary to be taken into account in the development of anti-crisis policies.

    In this article it is caracterized the outsourcing concept which reffers to the atribution of some tasks or objectives to some organizational segments, that is possesed by external en tities, that offer a better price-quality ratio or are experts in specialized domains. Republic of Moldova has all the abilities in order to become competitive in offering outsourcing services, that is a favorable opportunity for engaging labour fo rce and for a better utilisation of national human potential.

    INVESTIŢIILE ÎN CAPITALUL UMAN ÎN CONTEXTUL CREĂRII NOII ECONOMII

    Dans le présent article les auteurs soulignent l’importance des investissements dans le capital humain pour l’édification et la croissance du bien-être humain dans une nouvelle économie. La République de Moldavie reconnaît l’adhésion à l’économie globale fondée sur la cognition et sur l’innovation comme une priorité nationale. Ceci étant, les investissements dans le capital humain se voient d’une importance majeure pour le développement du pays, dans le contexte de la formation d’une nouvelle société, et doivent être réalisées de telle façon que toute la société en puisse bénéficier.
