Item Datoria publică: o povară pentru sau o investiție în bunăstarea cetățenilor [Articol](CEP USM, 2025) Covalschi, TatianaScopul articolului este de a examina, în perspectivă, impactul managementului datoriei publice în Republica Moldova asupra bunăstării cetățenilor. Metodologia cercetării se bazează pe analiza experienței țărilor europene în acest domeniu, comparativ cu practica națională, pe baza analizei cadrului juridic național, precum și ai indicatorilor datoriei publice și a obiectivelor acestei politici în Republica Moldova, pentru a determina modul în care aceasta afectează bunăstarea cetățenilor. However, before that, it is important to assess the perception of sustainable public procurement in public institutions and authorities at the current stage in the Republic of Moldova. This research is concentrating on the analysis of this perception by using the questionnaire method and by processing of answers using data mining technologies. Following the analysis of the processed data, it was found that there is no single perception regarding the understanding of the concept of sustainable public procurement in public institutions and authorities in the Republic of Moldova.
