The purpose of this article is to analyze some problematic aspects in terms of investments in construction. A very important aspect of the contract of sale-purchase of the building under construction refers to the cadastral number of the respective property, the one that allows the buyer to register as provisional owner of the property in the Register of immovable property.
There are now in Republic of Moldova two forms of property: public and private property. The state protects property. Public property belongs to the state or administrative-territorial units. Lands may belong to public or private domain. The assets that belong to public domain are: inalienable, indefeasible and imperceptible.
