The rule of law in the contemporary period is subject to technological challenges, where artificial intelligence (AI) determines the participants involved in the educational process of education and training to capitalize on “the knowledge that is a click away” in order to outline and develop the honor and dignity of the being human, based on individual educational freedom. The orientation of the Republic of Moldova towards the European democratic value space allows the cultural and educational association and the integration of the value systems promoted by the European Union. The right to information and the right to education represent supreme values of the human being in the age of digital technologies, regardless of the principle of territoriality and state borders.
