Item Instituția autodizolvării parlamentului. O soluție pentru Republica Moldova? [Articol](CEP USM, 2024) Moldovanu, RaduThis article aims to provide an analysis of the dissolution mechanism by decision of Parliament as one of the constitutional tool for unblocking constitutional crises. Thus, the main objective is to analyse the opportunity to introduce the institution that allow the Parliament to vote for its own dissolution, thus enabling Parliament to decide whether it should dissolve itself before the end of its legal term. Another important component of the article is to describe the Constitutional Court of Moldova approach regarding this institution and the constitutional experience of the self dissolution mechanism of the Parliament in 1993.Item Exemple privind mecanismele de deblocare a crizelor constituționale [Articol](CEP USM, 2023) Moldovanu, RaduThis article aims to provide an analysis of the several mechanisms for unblocking constitutional crises. Thus, the main objective is to analyse the opportunity to introduce the institution of constructive vote of no confidence of the Government, strengthen the institution concerning the dissolution of the Parliament and facilitation to organize the snap parliamentary elections.
