In the proposed work, are reflected a series of arguments regarding the identification of the “contraventional law” as a self-standing branch. In this regard, were emphasized the key elements that differentiate one branch of law from the other: the regulatory object, the regulatory method, the fundamental principles of contraventional law. A special place in the work was dedicated to the terminological system, as an element that distinguishes between the contraventional law and other branches of law.
În lucrarea de faţă autorii propun o culegere de teste, destinate studenţilor Facultăţii de Drept, ciclurile I și II, care trebuie să susţină examenul la disciplina Drept contravențional, reieşind din experienţa şi cunoştinţele acumulate în timpul anului universitar.
