    Impactul criptovalutei în era globalizării [Articol]

    This article aims to treat two poles of one and the same world, a world that has long gone beyond the post-capitalist period. Cryptocurrency versus globalization - two concepts that have practically invaded the contemporary world, which have led to the emergence of a new era. Here, too, are questions that are still waiting to be exhausted in this paper: what cryptocurrency itself entails and how the blockchain supports its existence; what are the advantages and disadvantages of the cryptosystem, what is globalization; what is the interdependence between globalization and cryptocurrency; and last but not least, what impact does cryptocurrency have on developing countries. Our generation is witnessing the rooting in the core of society of a technological revolution that has brought about changes not only in state structures but also in the mentality of the people and that will contribute to the formation of society in the future.

    Confiscarea extinsă și criptomoneda [Articol]

    In this study we aim to analyze the practical way to implement the extended confiscation of cryptocurrencies, as a security measure applied exclusively by the court, starting from the judicial nature of this criminal sanction. We aim to exemplify the methods of investigating for-profit crimes, which are the starting point for the application of the security measure - extended confiscation. At the same time, we are going to clarify the nature of extended confiscation in criminal proceedings, in order to see to what extent the judge, called to respect both domestic law and the principles established in C.E.D.O. jurisprudence, could apply the institution of extended confiscation to virtual currencies.
