    (CEP USM, 2023) Gînco-Fodor, Daniela
The Romanian Constitution of March 29, 1923 was the Romanian constitution adopted after the Great Union. It was in force until the adoption of the 1938 Constitution and then (with restrictions) from 1944–1947. According to the 1923 Constitution, Romania was a constitutional monarchy, national, unitary, indivisible state, with inalienable territory. This constitution contributed to the consolidation of the Great Union and created the democratic framework of political life in Romania.
