    The institution of the Ombudsman aims at guaranteeing the observance of the individual’s rights, in the conditions of the obvious mixing of the administrative system, fulfilling a function of mediation, of protection of the citizen, imposing it as a de facto authority. At present, the Ombudsman designates the symbol of a democratic state, the essence of which expresses the development of the citizen’s welfare, the defense of individual freedoms, constituting a symbol of the democratic state whose essence expresses the development of the citizen’s welfare, protection of fundamental rights and freedoms.

    UNELE CONSIDERAȚII PRIVIND ROLUL INSTITUȚIEI PREZIDENȚIALE

    Președintele este o figură proeminentă în stat. Importanța acestei instituții a dreptului constituțional poate fi apreciată prin determinarea și evaluarea competențelor președintelui statului. În doctrina juridică, nu există o opinie unanim recunoscută cu referire la locul șefului statului în cadrul autorităților publice centrale. Unii savanți consideră că președintele statului este reprezentant al puterii executive, deși alții susțin că este un mediator al puterilor în stat. Scopul prezentului articol este de a realiza o retrospectivă a prerogativelor șefului statului, pentru a-i analiza locul în cadrul ramurilor puterii de stat.
