The
present
article
performs
an
analysis
of the
first
type
of
antitrust
agreements
provided
by the
Law
on competition
of
Republic
of Moldova.
It does
not
aim
to cover
all
types
of
agreements,
as each
of them
needs
an
in depth
research.
It
describes
one
of the
most
dangerous
antitrust
practices,
affecting
the
market
by fixing
in a direct
or indirect
way
the
price
or other
trading
conditions.
For
a complete
research
of the
subject,
the
article
also
provides
with
comparative
aspects,
the
law
of other
states
serving
sometimes
as a source
of inspiration
for
improving
our
system,
thus
contributing
to the
formulation
of the
proposals
of law.
