War crimes constitute a reprehensible action, regardless of the form in which it manifests itself. Due to the fact that the results of these actions fall on innocent people or even states that have nothing to do with the reason that determined the violence, war crimes are registered as a worrying phenomenon, capable of bringing new elements of national and international tension.
