This paper contains an analysis of the contraventional sanction deprivation of special right in terms of human rights. It is presented the importance of this sanction for the rule of law, social security and its necessity is presented. Also it includes the fact that this sanction is not against the legal norms on the protection and guarantee of human rights, as it seeks to maintain a balance between the rights of society as a whole and human as a separate entity.
