The role of public finance in economic systems have evolved with the
changes from public finance concepts. In the specialized literature, it is mentioned 3
groups of this concepts: classic, modern, postmodern. The postmodern concept has 2
directions: neoliberalism and neo-keynisism. In Republic of Moldova prevails the neokeynisism concept.
