    Deepfake-ul cu conținut sexual în Republica Moldova: provocări sociale și soluții juridice [Articol]

    Dezvoltarea rapidă a tehnologiilor informaționale și a inteligenței artificiale a adus numeroase beneficii în viața cotidiană. Cu toate acestea, respectivele tehnologii pot fi utilizate pentru a crea informații cu caracter sexual extrem de realiste, fără consimțământul persoanelor implicate. Erodarea distincției dintre adevăr și fals prin utilizarea infracțională a tehnologiilor poate avea consecințe devastatoare asupra intimității și imaginii personale. Victimele pot suferi stigmatizare socială și traume psihologice. Este important să identificăm soluții juridico-penale eficiente pentru a proteja viața privată împotriva fenomenului „deepfake”. Legislația ar trebui să includă măsuri clare pentru prevenirea și combaterea acestuia, iar conștientizarea publicului privind riscurile și impactul negativ trebuie sporită.

    Despre oportunitatea de transpunere a unei inițiative legislative a Uniunii Europene privind violența sexuală și violența cibernetică

    The purpose of the article is to investigate the opportunity to implement in the legislation of the Republic of Moldova the Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and the Council on combating violence against women and domestic violence, as well as formulating recommendations necessary to improve the quality of the criminal law of the Republic of Moldova. The comparative method, the logical method and the systemic method served as the methods used to achieve the above-mentioned purpose. As a result of this study: the possible implications of the Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and the Council on combating violence against women and domestic violence on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova were revealed; analysis of the Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and the Council on combating violence against women and domestic violence and highlighting the difficulties and advantages that could characterize its transposition into the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
