The specialized literature of the constitutional right determines the place of the right at the decent level of living in different categories through the clasifications of the fundamental rights. In this article, with the application of an unitary and substantial criteria, taking into consideration the content and correlation with the other fundamental rights, the determination of the right at the decent level of living, ensuring so its juridico-scientific value as the authentic insurance normative framework.
