In this article be will analysed the concept of digital contract and its status
within legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Also, it will be emphasised the concept of unnamed type of contract in online sphere, qualification of this contracts. The issues of implementation of the new provisions of EU directives on digital contracts, harmonization of the internal legislation to EU acquis.
