The article analyzes, from the historical perspective, different non-traditional types of state
and law: during the transition period, the Islamic State and law (Islamic), the police state, the
imitative state (the imitation of the state). The analysis is performed based on the consultation of
a wide range of specialized literature, as well as of their own analytical observations.
