This article aims to provide an analysis of the Constitutional Court jurisdiction in solving institutional conflicts between the Parliament and the President of the Republic concerning the designation and appointment of the Prime Minister. Thus, the main objective is to analyze the Constitutional Court approach regarding the insurance of the separation of powers principle between the legislative and presiden- tial institution.

This article aims to provide an analysis of the Constitutional Court jurisdiction in solving institutional conflicts between the Parliament and the President of the Republic in the period of 1995-2021 in order to identify/ conceptualize the current constitutional mechanisms for solving conflicts of a constitutional nature. Thus, the main objective is to analyze the Constitutional Court approach regarding the insurance of the separation of powers principle between the legislative and presidential institution.
