In this s ense, we can say with certainty that p rostitution as an element of society has existed, exists and will continue to exist. Studiul este realizat în baza analizei comparative a legislației Republicii Moldova, României, Germaniei la subiectul enunțat. În același timp,evidențiam cele mai importante aspecte ale laturii subiective a infracțiunii de proxenetism.
