of the focus of nowadays scientists. Lie detector (polygraph) has been created as a tool
for finding the truth in order to establish the guiltiness or the innocence of the person in
a criminal trial. In Moldova, the Law no. 269 on application of polygraph testing was
adopted in 2008.
