The study is devoted to the comparative approach of the purpose and powers
of the courts of constitutional jurisdiction in two countries - the Republic of Moldova and Romania,
aiming to identify and analyze similarities and differences, as well as to elucidate the most
optimal models for their regulation.
The article is devoted to the issue of the role of the Constitutional Court in ensuring the security of the Constitution. The author presents a brief analysis of this issue starting from the revelation of the mission of the Constitutional Court in general, of the essence of the security / protection of the Constitution and the ways to ensure it.
