    MODALITĂȚI DE SENSIBILIZARE A SOCIETĂȚII: CONȘTIENTIZARE, RESPONSABILIZARE ȘI PARTICIPARE

    În cadrul acestei lucrări se propune investigarea și analizarea datelor și informațiilor relevante pentru a identifica modalități de sensibilizare a populației și promovarea unei abordări pozitive față de mediu. Se va explora, de asemenea, rolul educației ecologice, al campaniilor de informare și conștientizare publică, precum și al colaborării între organizațiile neguvernamentale și mediul de afaceri în abordarea problemelor ecologice. Pentru a înțelege în profunzime complexitatea și amploarea problemelor ecologice, este necesar să se examineze situația ecologică la nivel mondial și să se analizeze evoluția acesteia în diferite state și regiuni. Identificarea tendințelor și a provocărilor comune, precum și studierea exemplelor de succes, oferă o perspectivă comprehensivă asupra impactului acțiunilor umane asupra mediului. Prin analiza detaliată și înțelegerea evoluției situației ecologice în diferite state, se pot oferi perspective și recomandări relevante pentru dezvoltarea și implementarea politicilor și măsurilor adecvate în domeniul dreptului mediului. Prin eforturi comune și angajament colectiv, se poate contribui la protejarea și conservarea mediului pentru generațiile actuale și viitoare.

    SIGURANȚA CETĂȚENILOR ÎN CONTEXTUL COVID- 19 GARANTATĂ DE LEGISLAȚIA CONTRAVENȚIONALĂ: STUDIU DE CAZ

    The article revealed a case study on the safety of citizens in the context of Covid-19 guaranteed by the contravention legislation. In this context, we referred to the issues con- cerning the competence of the institutions to provide solutions to combat the pandemic, but we also examined what things have been done so far in solving this problem. The investigations used materials provided by the decisions, the reports that are in force, but also the information from the media, with real examples. At the same time, the legal analysis of the contraventions that are applied was per- formed, in terms of the contituent elements. And to eliminate the problems, we also exem- plified some more active enterprise measures to integrate information and communicati- on technology in the processes of governance, to inform the public more efficiently and to improve the accessibility of the information provided.
