Item Interferențe dintre raporturile de muncă din sistemul de sănătate al Republicii Moldova și Uniunea Europeană(CEP USM, 2024) Crigan, TudorLabor relations in the healthcare system of the Republic of Moldova and the European Union are influenced by several factors, including labor legislation, public policies, professional training of medical personnel, working conditions and salary levels. In the Republic of Moldova, the health system faces numerous challenges, such as lack of financial resources, poor infrastructure, shortage of qualified medical personnel and corruption. These problems have a negative impact on labor relations in the health system, causing a significant migration of medical personnel from the country.In contrast, in the European Union, the health system benefits from greater funding, modern infrastructure, access to advanced technologies and stronger labor legislation. Healthcare workers in the EU have access to training and professional development programs and better salary benefits, which help increase job satisfaction and reduce the migration of healthcare workers to other countries.
