Interferențe dintre raporturile de muncă din sistemul de sănătate al Republicii Moldova și Uniunea Europeană
    (CEP USM, 2024) Crigan, Tudor
Labor relations in the healthcare system of the Republic of Moldova and the European Union are influenced by several factors, including labor legislation, public policies, professional training of medical personnel, working conditions and salary levels. In the Republic of Moldova, the health system faces numerous challenges, such as lack of financial resources, poor infrastructure, shortage of qualified medical personnel and corruption. These problems have a negative impact on labor relations in the health system, causing a significant migration of medical personnel from the country. In contrast, in the European Union, the health system benefits from greater funding, modern infrastructure, access to advanced technologies and stronger labor legislation. Healthcare workers in the EU have access to training and professional development programs and better salary benefits, which help increase job satisfaction and reduce the migration of healthcare workers to other countries. However, there are also common challenges between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union in terms of labor relations in the health system, such as the pressure to provide quality services in the context of increasing demand for medical services, the lack of human resources and the under funding of the health system .
