This material analyses the importance of the legal classification of offences consisting in sexual abuse directed against minors, by considering their young age. It also
discusses the opportunity to introduce into the Penal Code some provisions regarding the lack of discernment of minors who are victims of crimes, similar to the provisions referring to minors who commit criminal acts.
