The article contains a presentation of the problem of the execution of the constitutional justice acts, starting from the legislation in the field and the findings of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova. Given that the acts of the Court are not executed according to the legal provisions, the author comes with the proposal to strengthen the mechanism for bringing to liability those persons who are guilty of not executing or improper execution of the acts of constitutional justice, especially by diversifying the measures of constitutional constraint.
