This article is dedicated for the analyses of the subjective side of the offence established in art. 307 Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova in the light of it’s elements: culpability, purpose, motive.
The above-mentioned offence can be committed only by direct intention. The purpose and the motive of this offence are not relevant for the qualification of the deed.
