The article analyses the theoretical aspects that refer to the subject of the termination of
the contracts, their relation to the principles of private international law and the placement
in the context of the realities of the Republic of Moldova. This study presents the substantive clauses based on which, were issued court decisions on the termination and revocation
of contracts concluded after the modernization of the Civil Code of Republic of Moldova.
