The elaborated thesis concentrated its doctrinal and practical efforts in order to examine the practical way of activating the norm provided in art. 2171 CP RM. Criminological contributions, criminal studies and practical examples have enriched the subject of the study through the tools to be made available to counter the illicit trafficking in substances with a psycho-active effect.
