The continuity of accelerated change, determines university’s continuous innovation and the amount of future alternative and human capacities of developing, preparing future professionals, that mean the tendency of development of personality from one level to another, higher performance and productivity in situations where the need for innovation and change requires to enrich the existing capability.Item ROLUL UNIVERSITĂŢII ÎN PREGĂTIREA SPECIALIŞTILOR DE PERSPECTIVĂ(CEP USM, 2009) Lungu, VioreliaIn the preparation of the perspective specialists it is necessary to analyze both: the methodological process and the contents, because there exists a clear cut need of an organic integration of the University into the real life, into business and socio/communal activities. Such integration does not refer only to offer the specialists required by the practical needs, but even more: to answer the application needs and knowledge of the socio-economic environment. The model specialists that the University should produce are involved into a quick change – the adaptation and the advance, to have the possibilities and the moral force necessary to direct the transformations at the obtaining of the objectives, to make the global interpretation of the development, taking into consideration the relationships between different factors that contribute and are affected by this.
