    STRESUL ŞI SINDROMUL ARDERII EMOŢIONALE LA PROFESORII UNIVERSITARI

    Obiectivul principal pe care l-am urmărit în acest articol este de a explora relaţia dintre stres şi epuizare emoţionalăla profesorii universitari. Cadrul teoretic şi empiric al cercetării noastre se fundamentează pe rezultatele unor studii (Cooper et al., 2001; Johns, 1998; Maslach şi Leiter, 1997 ş.a.) cu privire la stres şi epuizare emoţională. Interesul nostru se axează atât pe studiul relaţiei dintre componentele enunţate mai sus, cât şi pe evidenţierea diferenţelor gender în manifestarea stresului şi a epuizării emoţionale. Studiul a fost realizat pe un eşantion de 120 cadre didactice universitare, testul fiind metoda de bază în culegerea datelor. Rezultatele confirmă ipoteza noastră privind existenţa unor diferenţe gender în manifestarea sindromului arderii profesionale la cadrele didactice din mediul universitar.

Sunt prezentate rezultatele abordării empirice privind definirea criteriilor de selecţie a experţilor pentru evaluarea calităţii vieţii în mediul educaţional în Republica Moldova.

    STAREA SUBIECTIVĂ DE BINE – SEMNIFICAŢII ŞI IMPLICAŢII

    In the present article we propose a conceptualization of subjective well-being (SWB) as an indicative of quality of life. SWB refers to the different evaluations people make of their lives overall or in various domains. SWB includes both a cognitive and an affective component. SWB also increases with the frequency of positive affect (PA) and decreases with the frequency of negative affect (NA). We specified some theories that explain SWB and determinative factors of emotional balance, of happiness, of life satisfaction.

    ANALIZA ELEMENTELOR CONSTITUTIVE ALE AFIRMĂRII PERSONALE

    In our article we try to analyse the concept of personal affirmation from different theoreti cal perspective. The authors are interested tounderstand the central elements of personal affirmation: the narcissistic component, the process of personal knowing, personal development. The conclussions of the article are: 1)the personal affirmation is preceded by a difficult process of psychological work and can include the positive and negativefunctioning; 2) a positive finality of personal affirmation need a very suportive and ‚open-minded’’ context, în which the personality have the oportunity to descover his true self.

    CERCETAREA RELAŢIEI DINTRE LOCUL DE CONTROL ŞI STILUL APRECIATIV REFLEXIV LA STUDENŢI

    Contemporary psychology attempts to clarify the efficiency issues in relation with other persons. The research is supporting the leading role of logics and cognitive style, as well as the research supporting the role of affectivity and appreciative reflexive style of the person. Reflexivity was studied in relation to individual impulsivity, which is opposite to the uncontrolled reactions. It is assumed that high self-control correlates with the person reflexivity. In the present research, we intend to clarify the effectiveness of reflexivity in relation to the locus of control.

    INFLUENŢA FACTORILOR SOCIOCULTURALI ASUPRA FAMILIILOR MIXTE

    At the present stage, the phenomenon of migration took such a scale that it threatens to transform the European countries into multi-ethnic societies. Ethnic mixed marriages raise a wide range of questions related to parents' cultural identities, being a meeting spot of two national cultures. Each ethnic community elaborates its own representations on how they should be and tends to keep this resulted image in the national conscience, to display it in traditions, actions and relations with the representatives of their own people. In our multi-ethnic society, marriages between representatives of different ethnic groups are a natural thing. Henceforth, there results the necessity to learn about the psychological particularities of cohabitation, both as individual and social tasks.
