Teachers of the visually impaired have a counseling role in helping students develop healthy self concepts. Teachers need to understand each of the phases of the adjustment process in response to either social stigma or vision loss. Among characteristics of the teacher-counselor are good interpersonal skills and realistic expectations.Item CONSILIEREA PSIHOLOGICĂ A FEMEILOR CU COMPORTAMENT ANTISOCIAL AFLATE ÎN DETENȚIE(CEP USM, 2018) Pascaru-Goncear, ValeriaComportamentul antisocial al femeilor aflate în detenție este un motiv de îngrijorare pentru orice societate. Această problemă socială trebuie studiată din mai multe perspective, iar soluțiile pot veni din studiul științific al motivelor agresiunii, care se caracterizează printr-o creștere a dificultăților de relaționare interpersonală și intrapersonală, a tulburărilor comportamentale, a violenței, precum și a strategiilor privind depășirea sau reducerea intensității acestora. Consilierea psihologică a femeilor aflate în detenție cu comportament antisocial vizează acțiuni orientate spre identificarea, eliminarea sau atenuarea factorilor cauzali de natură individuală care provoacă acest comportament și dezvoltarea unui comportament constructiv. Consilierea psihologică a femeilor cu comportament antisocial aflate în detenție este necesară pentru a opri expansiunea acestui comportament,deoarece are la bază un model psihoeducaţional al formării şi dezvoltării personalităţii.Item PREGĂTIREA STUDENŢILOR ÎN VEDEREA FORMĂRII COMPETENŢEI DE CONSILIERE PSIHOPEDAGOGICĂ(CEP USM, 2016) Pascaru-Goncear, ValeriaExperienţa mai multor ţări indică asupra faptului că introducerea activităţilor de consiliere psihopedagogică realizate de profesori sau grupuri de profesori, specialişti în depăşirea şi rezolvarea problemelor educaţionale, nu doar facilitează activitatea cadrelor didactice, dar şi îmbunătăţeşte procesul instructiv-educativ. Deoarece consilierea psihopedagogică este realizată în special de către cadrele didactice în şcoală, în scopul asigurării unui nivel optim al procesului de pregătire al studenţilor, viitoare cadre didactice, competente a desf ăşura activităţi de consiliere psihopedagogică, instituţiile de învăţământ superior propun programe şi activităţi multidimensionale. Formarea studenţilor este un proces prin care se asigură calitatea educaţiei, pe parcursul căruia candidaţii dobândesc cunoştinţe teoretice şi îşi formează abilităţi practice necesare desfăşurării activităţii lor. Însă, oricât de multe cunoştinţe în domeniu ar avea studentul, dacă el nu dispune de abilităţi practice de soluţionare optima a problemelor de învăţare, calitatea şi eficienţa muncii acestuia lasă de dorit. Deci, transpunerea în practică a cunoştinţelor de specialitate ţine de calităţile personale ale individului. Aceste calităţi capătăcontururi şi se structurează într-un stil specific în procesul de formare/dezvoltare a competenţei de consiliere psihopedagogică .
