The psychological and philosophical-pedagogical approaches to adult learning and education and the connection of adult pedagogy with other sciences are extensively analysed. The key concept of these aspects involves: valorisation by the graduates of the innovative framework at the workplace, promoted by the university through the network, and also the transmission to the university of the information about the efficiency of these innovations, as well as about the relevance of the professional competencies trained and applied in the professional activity.Item CONTEXTUAL ACADEMIC CURRICULUM: AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH(CEP USM, 2020) Guțu, VladimirThis article attempts to substantiate the concept of contextual curriculum based on “context” as a meaning-forming category, “competencies” as learning outcomes (as a teleological category containing learning as the sub stance of know-edge domains), “innovations” (as a driving mechanism), active and problematic teaching methods (as a procedural category).
