    At macro-system level of education, the strategies of prevention and removal of breakdown concern the whole coherent of different types of institutions, levels and forms in which are held the systematic teaching, learning and assessment activities for individual personality development of children, young people and adults. In this prospective the task, on how difficult the binding of education, is to prepare the future graduates not only for surviving but also for excelling in different fields under the professional report as well as moral report, in respect of intellectual training and excellent practice based on creation and participation, on spirit of cooperation, attachment towards profession and a new motivation of work that is a result of the conviction that the merit is valued, supported and paid correctly.

    FUNDAMENTE PSIHOPEDAGOGICE DE FORMARE A INTERESELOR COGNITIVE LA ELEVI

    This research is devoted to one of the most actual problems of present pedagogy and psychology – the formation and development of epistemological interests of younger pupil in the conditions of passing to a new paradigm of educational policy, determined by the Concept of educational development in the Republic of Moldova, the Law of Education, National curriculum. The feature of the real research is the leaning on definitely new methodological basis: pragmatic philosophy, the theory of curriculum, the theory of activities, and the theory of forming education. In the thesis are developed the psycho - pedagogical basis of forming and development of the epistemological interests of younger pupil: the most adequate theory of the interests, with respect to the pedagogical research, is established, are also established the stages, factors and conditions of forming the epistemological interests of younger pupil. The method of orientation- stimulation, of stirring up the educational activity of the students, is developed and experimenting checked, with the purpose of more effective forming of epistemological interests. The most important components of the suggested method are: the content, the technology, the estimation and the procedures in the sphere of these components, directed to stir up the productive and creative activity and to achieve success - the main stimulus of the epistemological interest.

    Training of future specialists through higher education must be a process of discovering new areas correlated with a very good intellectual training and on efficient structuring of on intrinsic motivation, toward the profession and it is also important a creative attitude based on a proud for their domain. Implementation of the competence construct in the educational practice is influenced by the need of the overcoming the distance between the theoretical part of the disciplines and future professional activity. The “Competence” construct is the integrated system of specific qualities trained in different situations of mixing of studying and social responsible experiences in the same time the flexibility to move and reorganize for the placed purpose.

În acest sens su nt analizate diferite concepte cu referire la mediul academic, sunt deduse principiile de concepere a unui mediu academic eficient, dar şi modalităţi de realizare a continuităţii şi interconexiunii dintre ciclurile învăţământului superior. Sunt propuse sugestii de asigurare a continuităţii şi interconexiunii dintre ciclurile învăţământului superior.

Societatea necesită specialişti creativi, cu iniţiativă, întreprinzători, capabili să elaboreze noi idei, să propunăsoluţii netradiţionale la diverse probleme, săse implice în realizarea diferitelor proiecte. De aceea, la momentul actual devine deosebit de importantă implementarea în procesul de formare profesionalăa activităţii ştiinţifico-investigaţionale şi experimental constructive a studenţilor la toate ciclurile de formare profesională.

    CALITATEA CURSURILOR ELECTRONICE: CRITERII DE EVALUARE

    Cursurile electronice permit extinderea activităţilor din auditoriu prin intermediul tehnologiilor informaţionale şi de comunicare. Predarea/învăţarea/evaluarea pe platforme electronice nu înlocuieşte sistemul de predare-învăţare clasic „faţă în faţă”, dar îl completează cu o gamă de instrumente flexibile on-line, precum şi asigură spaţiului pentru plasarea resurselor necesare unităţilor de curs. Evaluarea cursurilor electronice asigură calitatea acestora şi, ca rezultat, calitatea procesului de predare/învăţare evaluare.
