Efectul îngrășământului Foliar pistachio mix plus NPA asupra randamentului și calității fructelor de cireș
(CEP USM, 2024) Balan, Valerian; Vamasescu, Sergiu; Russu, Stanislav; Buza, Cornel; Talpalaru, Dumitru
The objective of the study is to determine the effect of the Pistachio Mix Plus NPA foliar fertilizer based on nanotechnology on the yield and quality of cherry fruits. The research was carried out on the Ferrovia cherry variety, grafted on Gisela 6, planted at a distance of 4x1.5 m. During the years 2022-2024, the foliar fertilizer was administered in 4 phenophases of cherry flower bud development in the dose of 2.5 l/ha. Applying Pistachio Mix Plus NPA in three phenophases (white-pink bud, petal shaking, beginning of budding), fruit yield increased by 14.423.5%, and their weight increased by 4-18.1% in the treated varieties in relation to the witness.

Influenţa utilizării ambalajelor cu atmosferă modificată de tip Xtend asupra calităţii fructelor de cireş din soiurile Kordia şi Regina la păstrare
    (CEP USM, 2024-10-07) Lozan, Andrei
The investigations were carried out in the laboratory of the Technical University of Moldova with sweet cherries cultivated in the orchard of "Farm-Prod" Ltd., in 2022. The fruits were harvested from trees of Kordia and Regina varieties grafted on Gisela 5 Gi1482 rootstock trained under spindle system. Xtend modified atmosphere packages were used to prolong the storage period and the fruit quality. Sweet cherries were stored at the temperature of -0,5oC for 42 days. At the initial phase, at two, four, five and six weeks of storage, the CO2 and O2 concentrations and the fruit quality was determined and evaluated. The results showed that using Xtend modified atmosphere packing can maintain fruit quality under market acceptable conditions for five weeks in comparison to normal atmosphere where after two weeks of storage the fruit quality drastically reduced.
