    Unele aspecte ale prevenirii infracțiunilor contra familiei și minorilor

    The criminal law aims to defend against crimes, the person, his/her rights and freedoms, property, environment, constitutional order, sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova, peace and security of mankind, as well as the entire order of law. In order to achieve the purpose of the criminal law, the protection of the family and minors, who are part of society, takes place. The importance of studying this subject lies in the fact that the family and minors, first of all, are a cell of society, which must be protected from possible crimes, children being the continuity of humanity. Secondly, they are vulnerable and easily exposed to being a victim of, or even a party to, a crime. Thirdly, healthy and beneficial principles and values of a member of society are learned in the family, so it follows that the family is an instrument of a better future. Last but not least, the protection of the family and minors is crucial for the well-being and development of a healthy society. Protecting minors from abuse, neglect and exploitation is essential for ensuring a happy childhood and for forming responsible and balanced adults in the future.

    Protecția și consacrarea națională, europeană și internațională a drepturilor persoanei cu hadicap national

    One of the major trends in national, European and international relations is the recognition and enshrinement, through significant acts, of fundamental rights and freedoms belonging to persons with disabilities who, due to their special situation, require appropriate legal protection and special attention from the legislator at national, European and international level. This is the objective of the present study: to compare the different means used by one or the other of the current regulations in order to better understand their technical particularities - it is well known that comparative interpretation is an excellent method for a better under-standing of comparative legislation - but also to open the prospect of legislative improvements, because the comparison of acts serves both the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities and the interests of improving our own legislation. Against this background, in this article we attempt to answer the question: how are people with disabilities protected by legal means? with multiple theoretical and practical implications for their protection.

    Grain yield and quality of winter bread wheat depending on crop processing

    Winter wheat is one of the most common field crops both in Ukraine and abroad. An important factor in protecting plants from pests and preserving the harvest is the use of plant protection products. We investigated the influence of insecticides and microfertilizers on grain yield of winter bread wheat varieties. There was found a positive effect and generally increased results compared to the control. We obtained the best grain quality indicators of winter bread wheat when using insecticides in variants with complex treatment with insecticides and microfertilizer.

    SUNFLOWER PROTECTION AGAINST SPREAD DISEASES IN THE WESTERN FOREST-STEPPE OF UKRAINE

    The results of fungicide usage BAS 762 02 F against spread sunflower diseases: septoria leaf spot of sunflower (Septoria helianthiEll. et Kell.) and alternaria (Alternaria helianthi (Hansf.) Tubaki & Nishih.) in the western Forest-steppe of Ukraine. The best rates of usage for preparations' input according to the studies results during 2021–2022. The fungicide highest efficiency against septoria leaf spot observed in the scope 0.8–1.0 l/ha. The preparation's technical efficiency consisted of 78.8–81.4%. The fungicide BAS 762 02 F usage against alternaria reduced the sunflower's plant disease development on 3.7–6.9 times at preparation's consumption rate 0,6– 1,0 l/ha in comparison with control. The preparation's technical efficiency consisted of 72.7 – 85.5%.
