    Rare spontaneous alliaceae species for the red book of Republic of Moldova [Articol]

    The paper presents the rеsults of the study on spontanеous rare vascular plant species from the Alliaceae J. Agardh family, proposed for the inclusion in the 4th edition of the Red Book of the Republic of Moldova. These include 7 endangered species, evaluated according to IUCN criteria as critically endangered, endangered and vulnеrable: 4 critically endangеred species (Allium fuscum Waldst. et Kit., A. guttatum Steven, A. montanum F.W.Schmidt, A. podolicum (Aschers. et Graebn.) Błocki ex Racib.), one threatened (Allium sphaeropodum Klokov) and two vulnerable (Allium inaequale Janka and Nectaroscordum bulgaricum Janka). For thеse taxa the following data are indicatеd: Latin, Romanian and Russian namеs, synonyms, rarity category and criteria, biological charactеristics (including the plant habitus), beneficial features, common and local distribution (with maps of common distribution and distribution in the Republic of Moldova), habitat, protеction status and recommended protection mеasures in the republic.

    RARE ASPERULA L. (RUBIACEAE) SPECIES IN THE SPONTANEOUS FLORA OF REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

    The article presents new data on distribution in the spontaneous flora of the Republic of Moldova and the study results on Asperula species: Asperula rumelica Boiss. and Asperula tenella Heuff. ex Degen. – two rare species (Rubiaceae Juss. family) proposed for inclusion in the national Ecological legislation and to the Red Book of the Republic of Moldova, 4th edition. The following data for these taxa are indicated: Latin, Romanian and Russian names, synonymy, category and criteria of rarity, local distribution, habitat, limiting factors, biological and ecological characteristics, status and conservation measures protection in the republic.
