Item Православная церковь Молдовы и христианское учение против войны как насилия: дискурс современности [Articol](CEP USM, 2025) Роговая, ГалинаIn a situation of imminent war in the neighboring country of Ukraine, an important moral issue is the question of how, how to relate to the events in Ukraine and how to evaluate the invasion of Russian troops into the neighboring country. We are talking about the assessment of the bloody events by the Orthodox Church of Moldova of the Moscow Patriarchate, with which the Moldovan Metropolis has a canonical connection. The article presents the principles of the teachings of Christianity and how the ideas of Christianity about war and peace are consistent with the realities of the war in Ukraine, where there are total rocket attacks, there are destroyed cities and towns, massacres of civilians. Politicians insist on sharp criticism of the events,the priesthood of the Metropolis insists on prayer. The researcher supports the non-interference of the Orthodox Church in politics. The media are advised to refrain from pitting state and church institutions. On the eve of the European perspective, it is very important for Moldova to strengthen the foundations of public life and value confessional and civil harmony in Moldovan society.Item Caracterul multidimensional al bunei guvernări prin prisma relației putere–societate [Articol](CEP USM, 2025) Varzari, PanteleimonÎn prezentul studiu sunt examinate raporturile de guvernare dintre putere și societate din perspectiva principalelor dimensiuni ale bunei guvernări, ceea ce facilitează înțelegerea proceselor politice din Republica Moldova. Identificarea și analiza raporturilor dintre aceste două construcții sociale (relații complementare dintre stat și individ, relații de reciprocitate dintre aceste două identități, participarea și/sau angajarea politică, libertatea activității partidelor și altor organizații social-politice, prezența unei societăți civile active şi a cetăţenilor exigenţi) reflectă dezvoltarea dinamică a relațiilor dintre subiectul și obiectul puterii, dintre autoritățile publice și cetățeni, a nevoilor ce vin din partea societății, a revendicărilor anumitor grupuri/pături sociale. În același timp, se constată unele probleme ale guvernării ce au apărut în sistemul de relații „putere–societate”, probleme care sporesc criza de imagine nefavorabilă a partidului de guvernământ. Se ajunge la concluzia că tipurile de relații dintre stat și cetățean pot varia de la inutilitate până la complementaritate și reciprocitate, de la participare pasivă în viața politică până la angajare politică a cetățenilor, căci lipsa acesteia pune în pericol funcționarea democratică firească a societății.Item Simbioza securitară şi interesele Repubilcii Moldova în perspectiva extinderii UE [Articol](2025) Sprincean, SergheiThe necessity to focus on the states of Eastern Europe, including the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine, for creation of a knowledge-based society is justified by the need to resolve first the biggest discrepancies and the most serious deviations from ensuring human security, especially appeared as a result of the continuation of the war launched by Russia against Ukraine in February 2022. More especially this concern for the strengthening of personal safety and human security will become actual for entire EU but especially in Eastern Europe in the context of the effort of the entire community of Western states to restore all spheres of social life in Ukraine and in its neighboring countries in the post- war period. The renewed society as to be grounded on such objectives as improving assuring security symbiosis, environmental sustainability while simultaneously achieving social, political and economic benefits.Item Традиционно-религиозная компонента в жизни социума Республики Молдова: корреляция поступательного общественного развития(Editura USM, 2024) Роговая, ГалинаAcest articol atrage atenția asupra caracterului restrâns al componentei religioase tradiționale în societatea moldovenească în raport cu dezvoltarea progresivă a societății. În acest caz, cele mai importante perspective de dezvoltare progresivă a Moldovei sunt determinate în cursul ales pentru integrarea în Uniunea Europeană. Fără a nega influența pozitivă a tradiției și religiei în viața societății, autorul subliniază aspectele care inhibă inovarea, practicile sociale progresive și, în ultimă instanță, integrarea Moldovei în UE. Reco-mandările autorului vizează extinderea propagandei valorilor europene în rândul cetățenilor țării, nu în condițiile concurenței cu cele tradiționale religioase, ci în condițiile coexistenței fructuoase. Procesul de stăpânire a valorilor europene, ca proces de pregătire pentru aderarea la Uniunea Europeană, va trebui să treacă atât prin elita politică, cât și prin toți cetățenii Moldovei.Item Narative propagandiste și dezinformare: reziliența informațională a Republicii Moldova(Editura USM, 2024) Peru-Balan, AureliaThis article explores the risks posed by propaganda and disinformation in the context of the Presidential elections and the Constitutional referendum in the Republic of Moldova, scheduled for October 20, 2024. As elements of hybrid warfare, disinformation and foreign propaganda not only sway public opinion, but also have the potential to destabilize the democratic process, exacerbate social polarization, and erode trust in state institutions. The ability of citizens and institutions to detect and combat these tactics is crucial for maintaining a functioning democracy. Strategic communication and the enhancement of informational resilience are vital in mitigating the adverse effects of propaganda and disinformation. The article aims to elucidate the sources and propagandist narratives, as well as the current institutions and normative frameworks in Moldova that are tasked with combating disinformation.
