    SEMNALĂRI NOI ÎN GRUPUL PEDERINELOR (COLEOPTERA, PAEDERINAE, STAPHYLINIDAE) DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

    In the paper are presented two new species from the subfam. Paederinae (order Coleoptera, family Staphylinidae) found in the natural habitats of the Republic of Moldova. 1. Medon piceus (Kraatz, 1858), a species with eurytopic distribution, populates forest areas, appearing sporadically. 2. Astenus discopunctatus (Say, 1831), adventive species, detected in the oak forest litter mixed with hornbeam. For each species are described, the collection points, status, morphological features, geographical distribution, accentuation of the bioecological category, the place of maintenance in the collection: Coleoptera, Staphylinidae.

    DIVERSITATEA COCCINELIDELOR (INSECTA: COCCINELLIDAE) DIN REZERVAȚIA „PLAIUL FAGULUI”

    The study of coccinellids during 2021-2022 years in the different habitats of the "Plaiul Fagului" Reserve allowed to identify 12 species of ladybugs. Among the highlighted coccinellids, 8 species: Coccinula quatuordecimpustulata, Hippodamia variegata, Psyllobora vigintiduopunctata, Tytthaspis sedecimpunctata, Scymnus frontalis, S. nigrinus and Vibidia duodecimgutata are cited for the first time for the reserve. A rare species Platynaspis luteorubra, cited for the second time on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, was also identified.

    NOI DATE DESPRE COLEOPTERELE SAPROXILICE DIN REZERVAȚIA ȘTIINȚIFICĂ PLAIUL FAGULUI

    The paper includes 76 saproxylic coleopteran species from 32 families collected in 2023 from the Scientific Reserve Plaiul Fagului. One species Pycnomerus terebrans (Olivier, 1790) is new for Scientific Reserve Plaiul Fagului and the Republic of Moldova. All species were collected from the decomposed wood. For each species collection data and number of individulas are presented.
