Item Dimensiunile valorice ale realpolitik-ului ca obiect de reflectare mediatică(CEP USM, 2024) Stepanov, GeorgetaThe mass media do not automatically reproduce political reality. By analyzing, explaining and interpreting political practice and processes, they directly contribute to the maintenance, correction and development of realpolitik. In this aspect, the media plays a binary role in society: on the one hand, it reflects realpolitik, and on the other hand, it creates it. Or, the consciousness and political culture of the masses, the quality of political practice, the degree of efficiency of political processes, the state of spirit in society, etc. - they all depend on the way the press approaches the political reality, on the emphasis it places in the context of the era. As a maker of politics, the mass media, along with other political institutions and power structures, is responsible for the political phenomena, processes and transformations that take place in society. The construction of realpolitik through the mass media can be achieved by capitalizing on the potential of reflecting political institutions, processes and products, but also by capitalizing on advertising space. And in one case and another, the interest in collaboration of these two actors – the mass media and the politician – is mutual. The mass media obtains either economic advantages or topics of public interest, which can contribute to increasing circulations/audiences and, respectively, to increasing its influence and impact on the masses, and the politician obtains an effective dissemination tool, in a way quickly, of information to the widest possible audience.Item PROFILUL IDENTITAR AL COMUNICĂRII TELEVIZUALE DE MEDIERE(CEP USM, 2024) Stepanov, GeorgetaThe research of journalistic mediation as a model of public communication represents a challenge determined by the reduced interest of researchers towards this subject and, respectively, by the very small number of dedicated studies. The currently existing works in the international scientific circuit treat journalistic mediation as a mission deriving from the socialization function of the mass media. This tangential and unilateral approach has not enabled the multidimensional examination of the subject, a fact that imposed upon identification of a new research perspective where journalistic mediation would be examined as an autonomous journalistic activity. Thus, the purpose of the research carried out in this study resides in the conceptualization of the mediating communication and in projection of its identity profile in the contemporary media context. In order to achieve this prerequisite, the investigative effort has been oriented to explain the essence of mediating journalistic activity, in general, and the television mediating communication in particular, as well as their peculiarity by describing the main signs, characteristics, missions etc.Item COMUNICAREA TELEVIZUALĂ DE MEDIERE(2022) Stepanov, GeorgetaDemersul de socializare al mass-mediei include o paletă variată de activități jurnalistice, printre care și medierea jurnalistică, care este un proces voluntar ce asigură formarea cadrelor flexibile de expunere și de dezbatere a problemelor și conflictelor sociale. Acest gen de activitate mediatică cel mai des se realizează prin intermediul jurnalismului televizual. Scopul cercetării realizate în cadrul acestui studiu rezidă în conceptualizarea comunicării televizuale de mediere și în proiectarea profilului identitar al acesteia în contextul mediatic contemporan. În vederea îndeplinirii acestui deziderat, efortul investigativ a fost orientat să explice esența activității jurnalistice de mediere, în general, și a comunicării televizuale de mediere, în particular, precum și specificitatea acesteia prin descrierea principalelor însemne, caracteristici, misiuni etc. Studiul de caz a fost realizat în baza emisiunilor Vorbește Moldova și Время правды (Timpul adevărului) de la postul de televiziune Prime.Item ÎNVĂȚĂMÂNTUL DE TIP CONVERGENT : SCHIMBĂRI PARADIGMATICE ÎN INSTRUIREA UNIVERSITARĂ CONTEMPORANĂ(CEP USM, 2021-02-24) Stepanov, GeorgetaLa începutul secolului al XXI-lea, ca urmare a evoluției, pe de o parte, a noilor nevoi societale, iar, pe de alta, a noilor tehnologii informaționale, s-a produs tehnologizarea învățământului superior, care a impus noi reguli de organizare și de monitorizare a proceselor de predare-evaluare și a proiectat contururile unui nou tip de învățământ – învățământul de tip convergent.Be neficiile și dezavantajele învățământului superior de tip convergent au fost percepute diferit de către cadrele științifico-didactice. Unele dintre acestea, de regulă, exponenții tinerei generații, au acceptat și implementat cu entuzi asm noile practici și norme de lucru, fiind convinse că acestea îmbunătățesc calitatea proceselor și produselor didactice. Altele, în mod special cadrele care au obținut o pregătire în domeniu înainte de apariția noilor tehnologii și au lucrat mai mulți ani în sistemul de instruire universitară tradițională, au fost sceptice în raport cu noua formulă-hibrid de organizare a studiilor uni versitare, considerând-o drept o amenințare la adresa învățământului superior clasic. Indiferent însă de atitudinile pe care le-au avut față de învățământul convergent, cadrele științifico-didactice au trebuit să-și reconfigureze practi cile profesionale și să-și găsească locul în noua configurație a învățământului universitar, care a obținut noi valențe și forme de manifestare, precum și noi orizonturi de dezvoltare.Item ÎNVĂŢĂMÂNTUL SUPERIOR DIN RSS MOLDOVENEASCĂ: DIMENSIUNEA ACADEMICĂ A SPECIALITĂŢILOR CU PROFIL DE CREAŢIE(Lexon-Prim, 2023) Stepanov, GeorgetaHigher education in the USSR, including that of the Moldovan SSR, had a unique concept in terms of its role and social mission to train highly qualified specialists and educate them in the spirit of Marxist-Leninist principles, or, as a rule, graduates of this This type of education completed the ranks of the „Soviet inte llectuals”, on which the Communist Party relied primarily on the process of mass dissemination and implementation of its policy. At the same time, higher education, regardless of the general field of study and/or vocational training, was organized according to common temporal and spatial parameters, which further amplified the conceptual and functional uniqueness of the Soviet high school. Due to this fact, the competitive capacity of printed media has considerably increased, while the conflict with the accelerated rhythm of online media communication has been reduced. The intensification of the printing press activity had, however, not only positive but also negative consequences, because as a result of this process (due to the assimilation of new information technologies), the editorial model of the traditional printed press got several changes in the current operational practices, which consequently imposed new standards in journalistic activity. New realities generated new social layers and, respectively, new social realities between and inside them, which consequently has lead to multiplication and diversification of the social problems, which followed to be reflected media differentially, certainly of the positions and from the perspective of social interest of this categories. A social priority, expressed in certain actions of the government, has become constant component of mass-media’s agenda, likewise social problems, which represents significant part of audiovisual broadcast and periodic publications with generalist content, the social issue of press amplifying and becoming prior for mass-media. Social stratification has most contributed to concentration of press of social issues, but this social phenomenon, cumulated with other, has generated social journalism, claimed journalism for common people.
