The present article examines the diversity of satire and humor materials in the Moldovan
print media. The analysis is carried out through the lens of periodic editions and various
entities, with the aim of determining the causes that triggered the disappearance of specialized
satire publications and identifying trends in the current written press market. In this
context, the existing information has been systematized chronologically and hierarchically,
and organized using tables and diagrams.
