    ACTIVITATEA BIBLIOTECILOR ÎN SITUAȚII DE CRIZĂ (Studiu de caz)

    he thesis is dedicated to the study of the activity of the Municipal Library „B.P. Hasdeu”, during the crisis caused by the Covid virus - 19. To this end, the approach of the concept of crisis in libraries was studied, both by theorists and practitioners from the republic and abroad, analyzing the impact of the pandemic crisis on library activity and identifying solutions. In the short and long term, in order to overcome this crisis. In order to evaluate the way in which the ML coped with the pandemic crisis, two researches were carried out in parallel: the electronic survey by distributing the survey of ML users, but also the interviewing of the managers within the ML library network. The thesis aims to highlight the role of libraries and how they operate in times of crisis, but also to distinguish innovative measures and actions, which have a positive impact in overcoming these situations.
