APLICAREA BACTERIILOR ENTOMOPATOGENE BACILLUS THURINGIENSIS, VAR.THURINGIENSIS ȘI FP-09 CONTRA LEPTINOTARSA DECEMLINEATA LA CULTURA CARTOFULUI

Data were obtained on the application of the entomopathogenic bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis in synergy with FP-09 for the control of Colorado potato beetle on the potato variety Marabel. The action of entomopathogenic bacteria in combination with FP-09 was determined in the control of Colorado potato beetle larvae stages I and III of the second generation Colorado potato beetle (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) under field conditions on potato crop of the variety «Marabel», where the average biological efficacy of Bacillus thuringiensis 108+ FP-09 was 75.9%. The first and third instar larvae control action was determined with FP-09, where the biological efficacy in controlling larvae of Leptinotarsa decemlineata was on average 37.8%.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of ecological education on the sustainable development of society and to determine the role and place of this important type of activity in social and life processes for solving educational and ecological problems. The analysis of the state of ecological education is presented, studying the particularities of the implementation of educational processes in the interest of promoting new types of agriculture. When conducting the research, general scientific methods of knowledge, information search methods and implementation of scientific achievements were used, which allowed the collection of the necessary material on the research topic. The research touches on the problems of ecological education formation in different groups of audiences (bachelor, master, doctorate, agricultural specialists, organic agriculture operators). The materials on ecological education issues are summarized and proposals are made for the use of new forms of environmentally efficient work organization, as well as the perspectives of applying the results of ecological education to strengthen ecological agriculture through the sustainable development of society.

REALIZĂRI BIOTEHNOLOGICE ÎN COMBATEREA INSECTELOR DĂUNĂTOARE

Schimbările climatice, securitatea alimentară globală și sustenabilitatea mediului au devenit provocări majore pe parcursul ultimelor decenii. Cursa contracronometru, în care se află omenirea datorită caracterului ireversibil al încălzirii globale și sporirea impactului organismelor dăunătoare asupra culturilor agricole, care reduc considerabil securitate alimentară și siguranța alimentelor, determină necesitatea elaborării și aplicării mijloacelor biotehnologice, ecologic inofensive de menținere a echilibrului dinamic dintre agenții fitosanitari și entitățile naturale utile. Prezenta lucrare pune în discuție rezultatele înregistrate în aplicarea metodelor biotehnologice de producere și aplicare a mijloacelor biologice orientate la reducerea impactului populațiilor de insecte dăunătoare prin aplicarea microorganismelor entomopatogene și a metodelor genetice de combatere prin sterilizare, cultivarea exemplarelor de acelaşi sex şi condițional sterile, aplicarea tehnologiilor de editare a genomului, care schimbă fondul genetic al lor.
