    Acest articol este consacrat studiului complexului mineral la sportivii înotători înainte şi după un efort fizic pe veloergometru şi antrenament în bazinul de înot. Rezultatele obţinute arată că ionii de calciu şi magneziu la sportivii înotători înainte de efort sunt în limitele normale, dar după un efort pe veloergometru valoarea ionilor scade.

    Manifestations of physiological hemostasis dysfunctions [Articol]

    The study is devoted to the study of hemocoagulation factors in white rats under the action of pyrogenal. It was found that administration of pyrogenal 50 μg/kg increased active recalcification time, active relative thromboplastin time, prothrombin and thrombin time, as well as fibrinogen content. The observed changes indicate an increase in the protective properties of the organism that promote the acceleration of hemocoagulation processes. It is assumed that the administration of this dose of pyrogenal increases the specific and nonspecific resistance of the organism.

    TERMOREGLAREA ÎN CONDIȚII DEOSEBITE ȘI MECANISMELE DE COAGULARE A SÂNGELUI

    Extreme temperatures can lead to exceeding the capacities of the thermoregutation mechanism, wich imposes an overload of the circulatory system several times and implicitly to the high risk of dysfunctions in the hemostasis and blood coagulation system. Blood coagulation have an important role in limiting blood loss and repairing vascular damage. If the temperatures rises to the upper level the impact on body functions are very strong and becomes critical for survival. Hyperhermia lasting 6, 120, 180 min. leads to a visible change in the amount of fibrinogen and the number of platelets, which is manifested by their increase. Growing the level of fibrinogen and the number of platelets in the blood under the action of hyperthermia of different duration leads to an increase in blood coagulability, by reducing the coagulation time.
