    Provocările și disputele care apar în timpul și după alegeri sunt inevitabile, ducând adesea la depunerea contestațiilor electorale. Contestațiile electorale sunt plângeri oficiale depuse de către candidați, partide politice sau alegători, care susțin că au fost încălcate drepturile electorale sau au avut loc nereguli în procesul electoral. Aceste contestații pot viza diverse aspecte ale alegerilor, de la modul de organizare și desfășurare a votului, până la numărarea voturilor și anunțarea rezultatelor. Examinarea contestațiilor electorale este, prin urmare, un element foarte important în obținerea integrității și transparenței în alegerile din Republica Moldova. Acesta este un instrument cheie pentru menținerea și consolidarea încrederii publice în sistemul electoral și pentru garantarea faptului că rezultatele alegerilor reflectă cu adevărat voința alegătorilor.

    Preventing, by any means, the free exercise of the right to vote or to be elected, as well as attacking, by any means, the premises of the polling station, offering or giving money, goods or other benefits for the purpose of determining the voter to vote or not vote for a certain list of candidates or a certain candidate. Regarding the legal object, we note that, in the end, the purpose for which criminal offenses in electoral matters were created is to protect social relations regarding the exercise of the right to vote and to be elected, as well as the integrity, transparency and equidistance of electoral procedures [6].

    Mankind has experienced various stages during its development period. Some of these being positive in periods of peace, others not desirable manifested through armed conflicts, military actions, other violent actions, etc. The analysis of the reality of these negative stages shows that the rules of conduct are violated by the participants in such activities. Under these conditions, the given activities were categorized as illegal and subject to criminal liability. One of these being the use of prohibited means of waging war, which we will analyze in the following order.
