    FINLAND AND ISRAEL: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF STRATEGIC EDUCATIONAL POLICY

    The purpose of the research is to examine and analyze the educational system of two countries - Israel and Finland, to evaluate the mechanisms, advantages and disadvantages of each system, to evaluate the significance of the success of the Finnish system, its impact on society and the economy, and especially for the adaptation of the young generation to the skills requirements of the 21st century.
