    DINAMICA POPULAŢIEI SATELOR MICI DIN REGIUNEA CENTRALĂ A REPUBLICII MOLDOVA

    The problem of the population of small villages (with the population less than 300 inhabitants) from the Central Region of Republic of Moldova is analyzed from the human-geographic point of view in this article. The following characteristics have been considered: the evolution of number and structure of the population, spatial accommodation of the given settlements and their classification andothers. The basic results, conclusions and offers for the decision of specific problems have been presented.

    DINAMICA STRUCTURII INTERNE A ECONOMIEI NAŢIONALE A REPUBLICII MOLDOVA ÎNTRE ANII 1995 ȘI 2016

    Studiul de faţă atestă că în prezent economia Republicii Moldova se confruntă cu serioase probleme atât de ordin obiectiv, cât şi subiectiv. Ruinarea bazei tehnico-materiale de producţie în primii ani de tranziţie la economia de piaţă a avut un impact extrem de negativ asupra dezvoltării activităţii economice în toate ramurile şi sectoarele economiei. Structura actuală a economiei R. Moldova se apropie tot mai mult de cea a ţărilor dezvoltate, unde rolul principal ca pondere în formarea PIB-ului îl joacă sectorul serviciilor, fiind urmat de industrie şi cea mai mică pondere revenindu-i agriculturii. Evoluţia ponderii principalelor ramuri şi sectoare în formarea PIB-ului demonstrează că, în prezent, R. Moldova este o ţară cu o descreştere a sectorului agrar şi a celui industrial şi cu o creştere evidentă a sectorului serviciilor, iar structura economiei reprezintă mai degrabă un conglomerat de activităţi economice.

    ÎNCEPUTURILE ACTIVITĂŢII COMERCIALE EXTERNE A REPUBLICII MOLDOVA: CADRUL INSTITUŢIONAL ŞI LEGISLATIV

    The changes in the political-legal status of the Moldovan RSS at the end of the 80s – the beginning of the 90s of the last century, namely the adoption of the Declaration regarding the sovereignty of the republic and the Declaration of independence of the country, also required commercial-economic changes. The Government and the Parliament of the Republic received several decisions aimed at ensuring the process of external commercial collaboration, decisions regarding the formation of associations for external commercial activity, the improvement of the activity of the Chamber of Commerce and industry, the legalization of the joint ventures, the creation of own customs bodies, the formation of the Ministry of external economic affairs, legislative adoption regarding the development of external commercial relations, etc. As a consequence, in the first years of existence of the independent state, the necessary legal basis for the development of the foreign trade of the Republic of Moldova was established.

    REPUBLICA MOLDOVA ŞI ORGANIZAŢIA PENTRU DEMOCRAŢIE ŞI DEZVOLTARE ECONOMICĂ – GUAM

    Studiul atestă că Organizaţia pentru democraţie şi dezvoltare economică GUAM se prezintă ca unul dintre modelele de integrare a fostelor republici unionale. Caracteristic pentru statele din GUAM este că ele toate erau orientate spre integrare europeană şi promovau o politică îndreptată spre a minimaliza dependenţa de resursele energetice şi economia Rusiei.Actele adoptate pe parcursul anilor la summiturile organizate în diferite oraşe denotă că participanţii au examinat o serie întreagă de proiecte social-economice şi comerciale, cum ar fi colaborarea comercial-economică dintre statele membre ale GUAM, elaborarea unor proiecte referitoare la îmbunătăţirea transportului, încercarea de a ieşi la resurse energetice alternative din Asia Centrală şi a diminua dependenţa de Rusia etc. Cu toate că colaborarea statelor membre ale GUAM nu a rezolvat încă cele mai importante probleme economice pe care le-a pus în faţa sa,revenirea în anul 2017 la Acordul privind comerţul liber semnat încă în anul 2002 ar indica la perspective pozitive pentru activitatea statelor din cadrul GUAM, inclusiv pentru Republica Moldova.

    STUDIU GEOGRAFIC ASUPRA RELAŢIILOR ECONOMICE DINTRE REPUBLICA MOLDOVA ŞI ROMÂNIA ÎN PERIOADA 1991-2016

    From ancient times, the kinship relations between peoples determine the establishment of privileged relations, in economic terms inclusive. Moreover, in these three decades of independence, the attitude of the Chisinau leadership towards Romania has not always been very benevolent, that is why the economic aspect of the collaboration acquires an even more outlined interest. Another motivation for dealing with this issue is the tendency to enter the European market, Romania being a crossing point to it. Thus, the main objective of the study in question is to evaluate the dynamics of economic relations between the Republic of Moldova and Romania from an economic - geographical point of view.
