ASIGURAREA EGALITAȚII DE GEN – SEMNIFICAȚIE, PROBLEME ȘI SOLUȚII POSIBILE

The basic objective of the research consists in elucidating the significance of ensuring gender equality for the development of a modern society and the problems faced by the Republic of Moldova in ensuring gender equality, and formulating some recommendations in order to remedy the respective problems starting with the concrete actions at the organization level. In order to achieve the assumed objectives, the following research methods were used: bibliographic analysis, the evaluation of the normative acts regarding the gender equality, approved at the national and European level, the opinion poll, systematization, generalization, formulation of conclusions and reasoning. As a result of the research, a series of problems have been identified such as the reduced sensitivity of the population on the issues of gender equality and the lack of knowledge on the related subjects. Based on the findings and taking into consideration the results of the opinion poll, concrete ways of raising people's awareness and increasing the level of knowledge of the problems and of the benefits related to gender equality were proposed. The research was carried out with the support of the project 617393-EPP-1-2020-1-MD-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP "Connecting universities-industry through smart entrepreneurial cooperation and competitive intelligence of students in Moldova, Georgia and Armenia (CONNECT), financed under the ERASMUS+ program.

Incursiune în conceptualizarea rezilienței

The basic objective of the research consisted in the elucidation of the term resilience in its historical evolution, as well as the systematization of current theories of resilience. In order to achieve the proposed objective, a historiographical incursion of resilience was carried out and a synthesis study of the current contextual approaches to resilience, as well as of the criteria and perspectives of their systematization was made. As a result of the research, the stages in the expansion of the concept of resilience were generalized and graphically exposed; the contributions of researchers in the adoption of the term “resilience” by different fields of research and practical activity were elucidated; the visions of how to systematize theories of resilience were reflected. The research resulted in the proposal of an additional criterion for systematizing the definitions of resilience, as well as the formulation of an own definition derived from the evolutionary approach.

Notele de curs sunt destinate studenţilor programelor de masterat „Managementul resurselor umane” şi „Administrarea afacerilor”, fiind orientate spre obţinerea următoarelor competenţe rofesionale: Promovarea schimbărilor organizaţionale într-un mediu complex, schimbător şi turbulent.Rezolvarea problemelor prin integrarea surselor de informaţii complexe, câteodată incomplete, în contexte noi şi necunoscute. Evaluarea şi îmbunătăţirea performanţei strategice a echipelor.Contribuirea la asigurarea cu resurse financiare şi materiale a proiectelor. Comunicarea eficientă utilizând şi tehnologiile informaţionale.Organizarea cercetărilor în vederea fundamentării şi creşterii gradului de precizie a deciziilor adoptate. Integrarea cunoştinţelor şi propunerea soluţiilor stabilite prin cercetare la diverse probleme din mediul profesional. Proiectarea şi planificarea funcţiunii de resurse umane în funcţie de priorităţi (de a elabora strategii, obiective, de a anticipa activitatea şi rezultatele).Conţinutul notelor de curs este racordat completamente la prevederile curriculare aferente programelor vizate,astfel fiind orientat spre o contribuţie optimă în obţinerea finalităţilor de studii scontate.
METODA STED CA INSTRUMENT DE ARMONIZARE A RELAȚIEI DINTRE PERFORMANȚA EDUCAȚIEI PROFESIONALE ȘI PIAȚA MUNCII ÎN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA – OPORTUNITĂȚI DE APLICARE ȘI LECȚII DE ÎNVĂȚAT

Obiectivul de bază al investigației a constat în elucidarea esenței și aspectelor aplicative ale metodei STED ca instrument de adaptare optimă a ofertei educaționale, în aspect cantitativ și calitativ, la necesitățile pieței muncii și, implicit, de sporire a competitivității instituțiilor de învățământ profesional în condițiile marketizării educației profesionale. În vederea realizării obiectivului nominalizat, se expune experiența de aplicare a metodei STED, fiind relevate în special limitările investigațiilor efectuate și, în această bază, formulate recomandări de sporire a eficacității aplicării metodei respective.
ROLUL INFRASTRUCTURII DRUMURILOR ÎN DEZVOLTAREA DURABILĂ A MEDIULUI RURAL

The basic objectives of the research consisted in: elucidating the role of the road infrastructure in the sustainable development of the rural space; investigation of the existing problems in the Republic of Moldova related to the respective role; formulating the final conclusions and recommendations in order to increase the impact of the road infrastructure on the sustainable development of the rural space. As research methods, the synthesis of research in the investigated field, systematization, generalization, deduction, structured thematic interview were used. As a result of the research, a low impact of the road infrastructure on the development of the rural space in the Republic of Moldova was identified. Among the basic factors that reduce the impact of the road infrastructure on the development of the rural space were identified: the poor management of road infrastructure investments, the insufficient investments as well as the ineffective management of the works related to the creation and maintenance of the road infrastructure.
